Anyone who has used the Chi Machine can tell you - when you lie on your back with your feet elevated on the Chi Machine's footrest, with your legs swinging gently from left to right in that regular, relaxing pattern - you swivel from foot to waist, from waist to chest, and from the chest to the cervical vertebra and the head. Three Arm Position Options

The Mid Position:
